WHAT AN OPPORTUNITY!
Earn an advanced high school diploma
AND take college courses toward a Bachelor’s Degree ! Program Requirements
· The student remains enrolled at Sheridan High School for an advanced diploma; the student will receive a Certificate of Continuation at Graduation.
· The student may be co-enrolled at Sheridan and the Arapahoe/Douglas Career and Technical School or the college; credits earned will count both toward an advanced high school degree and a Career and Tech Certificate or Associate’s / Bachelor’s Degree.
· The Sheridan School District will cover all tuition and fees at the college during Fall and Spring semesters as long as the student is attending classes full time and meets all other eligibility requirements.
· The student will be responsible for completing all registration, withdrawal procedures, transportation , and the costs of all books and supplies; scholarships for books are available for students demonstrating financial need.
· The student must demonstrate the ability to be successful in the program by appropriate testing and identification of a career goal.
· The student may remain enrolled in the program until the semester in which they turn 21 years of age.
· The student must have a cumulative GPA of a 2.0 to qualify for the program.
